At PrintAlert, you can pay online or in-store.

It is not possible to pay for your order in installments or upon delivery.

Can I pay for my order afterwards?

At the moment, we do not offer payment-after-delivery services such as Klarna or Riverty. However, you can delay the actual payment by using a credit card, as the amount will only be charged at a later date.

Can I pay with cash?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay with cash when collecting your order. Our company does not have facilities for accepting cash payments on-site. We kindly ask customers to pay online in advance using one of our secure payment methods. This ensures fast and efficient processing of your order.

Where can I find my invoices?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice as an attachment to the shipping confirmation email. You can also find your invoice at any time in your account under the order overview by selecting the relevant order. Have you recently placed an order? In that case, you will receive the invoice by email once your order has been shipped.
