At PrintAlert.be, we ship all our packages discreetly and without branding. Our packaging contains no eye-catching colors or logos, ensuring your customers cannot identify the sender. Most orders are delivered in a white box, sealed with kraft paper tape – completely PVC-free!

Our packaging specifications:

  • Bundled with kraft paper straps.
  • Recyclable air cushion packaging for protection.
  • Large sheets (ø > 5 meters or length > 1.80 meters) are shipped by courier.

Order Status

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. You can track the current status of your order at any time through your order overview. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to our white-label track-and-trace page.

Delivery Services and Options

We offer various delivery options to meet your needs. You can choose the delivery service that suits you best. We work with DHL, PostNL, DPD, UPS, and our own courier service.

Our delivery options:

  • Conscious: You choose your preferred delivery service and provide correctly prepared files. In the event of a delay, the delivery service has up to 2 business days to locate the package.
  • Assured: Our professionals check your PDFs for technical issues. In the event of a delay, the delivery service has 1 business day to locate the package.
  • Priority: Maximum care for your order. We personally contact you and provide fast solutions if a delay occurs.

If a delay occurs within the applicable timeframe, we offer complimentary reprints or expedited courier delivery. With Priority, you receive an immediate reprint, courier shipment, or refund.

Courier Service for Reliable Delivery

Our own courier service provides fast and secure delivery. Orders are transported directly from the production facility to the distribution center without intermediate stops. Our delivery vans are unbranded and do not display any PrintAlert.be advertising.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Need to ship your print products to multiple locations? Simply add additional addresses in your shopping cart and split your print run. A surcharge applies for each additional address in addition to the standard shipping costs. This makes the process efficient and cost-effective.

Not satisfied with your order? Let us know! Complete the report form with as much detail as possible so we can assist you quickly and effectively. In most cases, you will receive a response within one business day.
