Preparing a print-ready file can sometimes be quite a challenge, especially when you're working with a combination of photos, logos, and text. Often, the issue lies with the supplied files. Think of images downloaded from the internet, low-resolution smartphone photos, or even designs created with WordArt. No worries — we're here to help!

What looks perfectly fine on a screen can be disappointing when printed in large format, such as a banner or an A2 poster. That's why we thoroughly check all your files free of charge. If any elements do not meet the required specifications, we'll ask you to provide a higher-resolution version.
Where possible, we improve the quality ourselves using professional technical tools. If additional work is required to make your file print-ready, we'll let you know in advance and provide a quotation for our professional layout service.

What does our layout service include?

Right: Our result. We recreated the text in Adobe InDesign and replaced the logo with a sharp EPS version. If no suitable logo is available, we can often recreate it for you.

Design service for unique creations

If you need more than just minor adjustments, such as a completely new design or turning a creative idea into reality, our design service is the right choice. This can include designing posters, flyers, and many other printed materials. Our design service is based on your ideas and requirements, which usually involves some consultation and several design proofs to achieve the best possible result.

Example: In just over an hour, we created an eye-catching and professional poster based on a sketch supplied by the customer.

What does our service cost?

Our rates are clear and affordable:
Layout service and design service: €60 per hour (excluding VAT), with a minimum charge of half an hour and then billed in 15-minute increments.

No surprises: we always discuss the costs in advance and, where possible, agree on a fixed price.
Thanks to our extensive experience in print production, we not only save time but also ensure that your project is completed quickly and professionally.
